We are looking for a ambitious and talented Graduate Accountant to our dynamic business team. As a Accountant at swipejobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical experience in various accounting functions.
Reasponsibilties:
- Working closely with our CFO in delivering a range of financial projects
- Assisting with the analysis of potential acquisition targets
- Preparing and presenting financial documentation for investors
- Review and analysis of complex financial documentation
- Preparing a range of high level financial reports for internal use that will vary from day to day
- Liaising with regulatory bodies in the US to keep up to date with changes in law
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Experience:
- A relevant bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in reviewing reports and data to determine if further action is required
- knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
- Understanding of how to manage risks and issues, dependencies and change in scope
- Good communication, presentation, organisational skills; including the ability to manage changing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite inc Microsoft excel, powerpoint, word, outlook and accounting systems
