We a searching for a highly skilled and talented UI Designer to join our tech team. As a designer at swipeJobs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and visual appeal of our platform. If you're passionate about creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs, and if you thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives
- Design, create and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with the swipeJobs brand
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, research findings, and data analysis
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
Experience:
- Australian market experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Professional experience working as a User Experience, Interaction designer, User Interface and Visual designer
- Experience in producing a range of UX artefacts including sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Sketch
- Digital Product background with a passion for understanding customer motivations and business processes
- Previously worked in an agile environment using Jira + Confluence
- An ability to build strong relationships to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
- Experience with designing product concepts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
