We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to our tech team. As a Product Specialist at swipejobs, you will work closely with the executive team, engineering team, and other stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, create product roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritise product requirements
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch
- Analyse and report on product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the product
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful products
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with product analytics tools
- Experience in the staffing or gig economy industry is a plus
